Income Qualifications
This is an income- and rent-restricted community. To qualify, your income must meet both of the following requirements:
- Maximum Income: Your gross (before tax) household income—including all occupants of any age—must be at or below the limit for your household size. (See table below)
- Minimum Income: This community has a minimum income requirement which is listed in our current Rental Criteria.
All sources of Income and Assets are verified before move-in and are reviewed annually.
