Income Qualifications
This community participates in an affordable housing program monitored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. Household income restrictions apply and are based on gross annual income.
This community has a minimum household income requirement of 2.2 times the monthly rent amount to qualify. Income is verified through our compliance process and reviewed annually with current income limit rates. Third-party verification may also be required.
Initial qualification to move into our community must have a total annual income before taxes for all occupants of the apartment home, regardless of age, less than:
